Sounds like a great project. You can get to the Church’s humanitarian aid website through http://www.lds.org, and also find the location of wards in Ecuador from the main menu on the site.

I would like to donate about 50-75 baby blankets to a worthwhile organization in Ecuador. I am having difficulty finding a contact name that I can work through. I would be happy to give the blankets to a Bishop or Relief Society Pres. and let them distribute them to whomever. We are making the blankets over the next 2 months and would like some information if possible.
