The real name for the “Mormon Church” is The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saint. We do not believe in polygamy, there is a group of people that used to be LDS (LatterDay Saints) but then when we said they could not practice polygamy and still be a part of the church they split off and made their own church the Reorganized Church or Fundamental Latter Day Saints (FLDS) they still practice polygamy but are a splinter group from over a century ago.
