Yep. All sexual activity outside of marriage is a transgression of the laws of God, heterosexual or homosexual, and God defines marriage as the legal (and even holy) union between a man and a woman. However, attraction is not a sin until it is acted upon. You can learn more at the following URL: http://www.mormonwiki.com/Same-sex_Attraction
Note that the wiki is down right now, but will be back up in a couple of days. If that URL doesn’t work, try accessing the article from the home page.

Hi Gale,
Did I understand you correctly in stating that,”attraction is not a sin until it is acted upon”?

This is the official stand of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, that same-sex attraction is not a sin. Note that this is a question of orientation. When a person begins to lust after another person of either sex, then the person crosses the line into transgression. Hope this clarifies things.
